How far in advance do I need to book?

All places on our tours go quickly. Currently we have limited spaces because we cap the amount of people we take with us to each destination. So if you and your friends are interested, get in quick.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Please read the termination clauses in the booking forms. All details are specific to each destination. We will try and accomodate cancelations with refunds or credits on later tours, however late cancelations will most likely incur a fee. Please contact us with your specific concern or issue as soon as possible to avoid any penalties.

Are flights and travel insurance included in the package price?

No, all our tours are land content and coaching only. You are required to provide us with your flight schedules no later than thirty (30) days prior to trip departure.

Yes, we require you to have travel insurance, to ensure your safety and protection. In some destinations if you are injured, there are limited treatment facilities. Insurance ensures you are fast tracked to the best facility available without any confusion or delay.

Question 6

Reservations and deposits

Accepted Answer

To confirm your booking, a deposit of twenty per cent (20%) of the total quoted cost of the tour must be paid and received by us. Reservations will not be considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance is required 30 days prior to your tour departure date.
If your booking is made within thirty (30) days of the departure date full payment is required at the time of booking.
Depending on the date of the booking and any related cancelation, some or all of the deposit maybe refunded. Please read Terms and Conditions for our full refund policy.
