We aim to increase your surf fitness, improve your paddle technique and build strength and confidence in 4 key areas.

Breathwork techniques to help you control your reactions when you're underwater.
PADDLING
Surf paddle training to ensure correct technique, and improve efficiency and endurance.
SWIMMING
Ocean swimming techniques to ensure confidence when you're without a board.
STRENGTH
Land based strength movements to strength to maximise surfing potential and minimise injury.

Our 60 minute classes run twice a week on the same day and time each week for 6 weeks.
