We aim to increase your surf fitness, improve your paddle technique and build strength and confidence in 4 key areas.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork techniques to help you control your reactions when you're underwater.
SWIMMING
Ocean swimming techniques to ensure confidence when you're without a board.
STRENGTH
Land based strength movements to maximise surfing potential and minimise injury.
SURFING
Surf paddle training to ensure correct technique, and improve efficiency and endurance.

Classes run twice a week for 4 weeks.
Surf Fit Classes run twice a week at the same day and time each week for 4 weeks. Double check dates and times when booking as these are non transferable and non refundable. Prices are in Australian Dollars and excl GST.
